Orleans, MA – On August 15th, 2014 a 2,250 square foot free standing building known as the “Annex” in Bayberry Square was leased at 225 Cranberry Highway in Orleans.

Sharon Dixon of Kinlin Grover Commercial – Orleans (508-240-0334)) and James Peterson of Peterson Realty brokered the transaction between the Landlord, 530 Tremont Realty Trust and the Tenant, the Partnership School of Cape Cod.
