
Doug Azarian
Doug earned his MBA in Finance from UMass Lowell in 1985 and worked 11 years in the High Tech industry serving as Operations Controller for a Computer Aided Design company before moving to Cape Cod and becoming a real estate broker in 1986. He is the former owner/broker of North Falmouth Realty/Century 21 and came to Kinlin Grover in 2009. He has served as President to both the Cape Cod Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board of Directors. Doug has also served as Treasurer for the Cape and State Realtor Associations and is 2011 Vice Chair of NAR’s Finance Committee.
His broad commercial experience includes leasing and the sales of retail, office, multi-family, and auto garage properties. Doug’s residential experience focuses on waterfront communities. John Callahan
John earned his BA from Marquette University in 1972. He recently joined Kinlin Grover after a lengthy and successful banking career, the past 30 years of which canvased the Cape Cod and Plymouth markets. His most recent banking positions were as Senior Vice President of Sovereign, Community and Eastern Banks respectively as a Middle Market Commercial/Commercial Real Estate Lender and Workout Specialist. He has additionally served on numerous non-profit boards on Cape Cod over the past 25 years.
His passion for real estate include the development of Landsdowne, a 33 lot residential subdivision located in Cotuit, and speculative residential home construction and lot sales in New Seabury and Nantucket.
John’s broad background in commercial and commercial real estate lending provide him with a solid understanding of cash flow, business, and real estate valuation. His contacts within the local banking community are numerous.

Sandy Clarke
Sandy started her career in Western MA in education, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield University.
After six years of teaching she joined forces with her husband in owning and operating a Home Furnishings and Decor business successfully for 30 years. The nature of the business involved the purchase of an 8000 sq ft commercial building that she and her husband renovated, as well as involvement in multiple leases over the years for extra warehouse space. This background allowed a first hand knowledge of purchasing, selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate.

Sharon Kingman Dixon
Sharon Kingman Dixon is part of the Nat Santoro Team, and has been a member of Kinlin Grover Commercial since 2003.
Sharon specializes in assisting buyers and sellers of Commercial Properties and Businesses on Cape Cod. Ben Edgar joined the Sea Watch Realty team in 1998. Over the first five years, Ben became a top producing broker. Jane Orchard
