The properties at 23 Cranberry Highway and 44 Adams Street were, sold for $625,000 and represent the final two properties of five adjacent commercial properties sold by the Kinlin Grover team in the last 60 days. George Gamache of Kinlin Grover Commercial, Mashpee, MA (508-735-2672) represented the Sellers, and Robert Norton of Kinlin Grover, Barnstable, MA represented the Buyer.
