On May 30, 2014, Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the sale of two properties in the Town of Bourne, MA and on June 4, 2014 closed on the third.

11, 15 & 21 Cranberry Highway, Bourne, MAThe properties at 15 and 21 Cranberry Highway were 15,537 SF and 27,013 SF of unimproved land respectively, sold for $875,000 and 11 Cranberry Highway is 4,560 SF of land improved with a 1,400 SF building sold for $300,000. George Gamache of Kinlin Grover Commercial Group represented the Sellers, and Robert Norton of Kinlin Grover, represented the Buyer.
