On May 30, 2014, Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the sale of two properties in the Town of Bourne, MA and on June 4, 2014 closed on the third.
The properties at 15 and 21 Cranberry Highway were 15,537 SF and 27,013 SF of unimproved land respectively, sold for $875,000 and 11 Cranberry Highway is 4,560 SF of land improved with a 1,400 SF building sold for $300,000. George Gamache of Kinlin Grover Commercial Group represented the Sellers, and Robert Norton of Kinlin Grover, represented the Buyer.
