Eastham, MA – On June 16, 2014 the closing was held for the sale of #15 and #16 Main Street, two commercial condominiums at the Main Street Mercantile Complex.
Sharon Dixon of Kinlin Grover Commercial – Orleans (508-240-0334) represented the sellers, Bruce and Ruth Zeller, and the buyer, Sanette Groenewald. The selling price was $75,000. The buyer, owner of the Karoo Restaurant in the same complex, has not yet decided to what use she will put the commercial condos.
