After falling in love with Cape Cod in the 1970's, it was inevitable that my family and I would make it our home.  Helping people buy and sell property is also a natural niche for me, given my personal passion for real estate.  I enjoy the challenge of matching buyers with just the right property and then making the process of buying or selling a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone involved.  With this as my goal, I am happy to work hard and handle every detail meticulously and cheerfully.  I have always been drawn to opportunities to help people.  After graduating from Kalamazoo College, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Africa and later returned to assist refugees.  Thanks to my first career overseas, I can also help anyone who prefers to communicate in French.  I am a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and committed to delivering premier service.  Whether you are seeking seller or buyer representation, I will be happy to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Upon moving to Cape Cod in 2000, I obtained my real estate license and have served as a sales agent with Kinlin Grover since that time.  Prior to that, I practiced law in the states of Colorado and Virginia for a combined total of more than thirty years, and obtained my license in Massachusetts as well.  However, my focus and preference is to develop skills and client base in real estate, serving both residential and commercial clients.

My approach has always been to first, identify the needs and goals of the client, then to evaluate the current market climate and together, develop an effective plan to reach their goals.  I bring a solid business background, common sense, patience and dedication to the table.  The favorable comments from a recent client confirm that my goal - to enable the transaction to be as smooth and stress-free as possible- is working.  For residential clients, I do my best to put myself in their shoes when it comes to property evaluation and financial reality.  For commercial clients, whether the sale or purchase of a business only, or the purchase/sale of commercial real estate, I use my training and experience to provide the best advice possible, which includes referrals to qualified advisors in related areas of the transaction.
