Since a new Associate is expected to work in this team environment, we have an extensive interview process where every Broker at the firm has an opportunity to interview each new applicant.

Kinlin Grover Commercial has a shared up-call system where any new phone lead coming into the company is rotated between the brokers in each office by the day. All of our listings are posted on our company intranet. This enables all the brokers at the company to sell any listing and as a consequence every Broker at Kinlin Grover Commercial is knowledgeable about all of our listings. This helps serve the client better by having all of our experienced brokers marketing their property. This also helps our new associates get started since they always have an opportunity to sell any of our extensive number of listings to their contacts and up-call customers.

Kinlin Grover Commercial conducts background and credit checks on any applicant interviewing to be an associate or an assistant.
